Analysis and Recommendations

In-depth analysis of status-quo on the basis of BASC assessment and selective interviews, and solution-oriented proposal of actions and implementation.

Turnaround Strategy Session

Definition and execution of strategic course of action and different elements of the desired change to be implemented, including a detailed road map.

Change Coaching

1:1 executive coaching throughout the change process, including staff communication, ad-hoc decision-making, and retaining staff engagement.
